FICS Terms and Conditions

• The franchisees should strictly follow the guidelines and stipulations prescribed by Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd. for the franchisee arrangement.
• All franchisees conducting offline courses should arrange the infrastructural and study facilities including space prescribed for the courses they impart.
• The franchisees are not allowed to misuse the brand name of FICS and they cannot relate any course or institutions which is not legitimately linked with FICS for using the brand name.
• The franchisees should not use the premises of the centres for any purpose other than educational activities..
• The franchisees should appoint qualified faculty for implementing the various courses.
• All franchisees should ensure prior payments for availing the facilities implemented by Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd.
• The Franchisees should ensure that they follow all the guidelines and syllabi prescribed by Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd for the courses.
• The franchisees are bound to arrange inspection facilities by the windstud officials on the facilities and course delivery.
• If the franchisee require certifications for courses other than conducted by Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd the franchisees should submit the syllabi of such courses to FICS.
• The fee once remitted will not be refunded on any circumstance.
• All applications should be complete in every respect and Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd reserves the right to reject the incomplete applications or applications furnished with false information.
• The registration is valid for one year and the franchisees should remit the renewal fee for continuing the validity of registration. In the event of non –renewals of franchisee FICS will cancel the registration and withdraw the right of the franchisees to use our brand name and logo.
• Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd reserves the right to conduct inspections of franchisees and elicit information from the students about the course and the facilities offered to the students.
• Franchisees should be honest in making propaganda and they are not allowed to make untrue statements or false claims about FICS courses.
• The right to change the price structure of the courses is vested with Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd.
• The Franchisees should maintain records of attendance of students and staff separately.
• Registration data of students should be kept with the franchisee and answer sheets should be sent to FICS.
• Franchisees are required to attend the meetings arranged by Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd for the franchisees.
• Forum For International Certified Scholars Ltd reserves the right to with draw the registration and prohibit the franchisees if they violate of any of the terms and conditions.
• The agreement shall be governed by the laws of India and any dispute arising shall be referred only to the courts of Malappuram, Kerala.
